Terms of Service

Welcome to Padel Heroes. By downloading, installing, or using the Padel Heroes mobile applications or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

0. Service provider (LSSI-CE)

In accordance with Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), the provider of the Service is Padel Heroes. Registered address and contact details: see our Privacy Policy. General contact email: [email protected].

The core Service is provided free of charge. No paid plans, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are offered at this time, so the 14-day right of withdrawal under Spain's General Consumer Law (TRLGDCU, Art. 102) does not apply.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your phone number's OTP with anyone. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false match results or otherwise manipulate your ELO rating.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile photo, match results, club details). You grant Padel Heroes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Padel Heroes name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of stats, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
